Dr. Ken Boothe moved his family to Florida in 2021 when he acquired the First Choice Chiropractic Injury & Wellness clinic. He left his thriving practice in Utah to enjoy sunny Florida weather and still continue practicing in a career he loves. Dr. Boothe had injured his back as a teenager and was unable to find relief until his wife made him visit a chiropractor. He was hooked. He had lived so many years in pain not knowing there were highly effective treatments to fix it until his exposure to chiropractic care. So when he decided to make a career change from working in computer networking, chiropractic was his choice hands down.

He was accepted into two Chiropractic programs and chose to attend The University of Western States in Portland, OR because he valued their focus on evidence based chiropractic modalities. Upon graduation he returned to his home state of Utah and started a practice partnership with a focus on auto injury care. His everyday career highlights are seeing his patients who come in with so much pain and leave feeling like a million bucks again. While it doesn’t always happen in one visit, seeing the progress of every patient is what keeps Dr. Boothe inspired and excited to head into work every day.
